摘　　要：以B细胞为治疗靶向的药物已越来越多地用于改善风湿免疫病的病情、延缓疾病进展、减少激素的用量与改善预后,为风湿免疫病的治疗带来了更多选择。但是如何合理选择和应用B细胞靶向药物是一个亟待解决的临床问题。由国家皮肤与免疫疾病临床医学研究中心发起,联合中国医师协会风湿免疫专科医师分会、中国康复医学会风湿免疫病康复专业委员会、中国研究型医院学会风湿免疫专业委员会和北京整合医学学会风湿免疫分会,共同制定了我国第一部B细胞靶向药物在治疗风湿免疫病中的使用共识。本共识就我国风湿免疫科医师关注的12个临床问题,给出了基于循证的推荐,旨在规范B细胞靶向药物在风湿免疫病治疗中的使用,提高风湿免疫病规范治疗水平,改善患者的生活质量和预后。
