基于县域企业科技创新平台建设的现状分析与探究

摘　　要：为了分析县域企业科技创新平台建设的现状,文章首先介绍了什么是科技创新平台,以及县域企业的主要特点,如灵活性和创新活力并存、根植性和地方特点比较明显、政策依赖和扶持需求较高等,随后探讨县域企业科技创新平台建设现状,发现其已经有了一定的建设成效,正在逐步建设平台体系,但仍然存在着资金短缺、缺乏高端人才、创新认识不足等问题,在此基础上提出对策建议。In order to analyze the current situation of the construction of technology innovation platforms for county-level enterprises,the article first introduces what technology innovation platforms are,as well as the main characteristics of county-level enterprises,such as the coexistence of flexibility and innovation vitality,obvious rootedness and local characteristics,high policy dependence and support needs,etc.Then,it explores the current situation of the construction of technology innovation platforms for county-level enterprises,and finds that they have achieved certain construction results and are gradually building a platform system,but there are still problems such as funding shortage,lack of high-end talents,and insufficient innovation awareness.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
