摘　　要：线上科技创新服务平台通过整合高校、科研院所、企业等各方资源,实现资源全面共享,能够有效推动创新资源要素流动、促进科技成果转化、提升创新发展水平。数字经济飞速发展的现实背景下,利用大数据、云计算等新兴技术建设线上科技创新服务平台,开展科技创新服务已成为全体共识与大势所趋。文章认为,强化顶层设计、区域协同,夯实基础设施与安全基础是建设高质量线上科技创新服务平台,开展优质科技创新服务的关键举措。The online technology innovation service platform integrates various parties such as universities,research institutes,and enterprises to achieve comprehensive resource sharing,effectively promoting the flow of innovative resource elements,facilitating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and enhancing the level of innovative development.Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy,utilizing emerging technologies such as Big Data and cloud computing to build online technology innovation service platforms and provide technology innovation services has become a consensus and trend among all parties.The article believes that strengthening top-level design,regional collaboration,and consolidating infrastructure and security foundations are key measures for building a high-quality online technology innovation service platform and providing high-quality technology innovation services.
