摘　　要：文章提出了面向科研决策的科学数据共享分析框架,以此设计调查问卷对江苏省南通市面向科研决策的图书馆科学数据共享情况进行现状调查,最后提出加强科学数据全生命周期管理、推进一体化科学数据共享发现平台建设、加强科学数据知识产权保护等具体对策建议,逐步推进面向科研决策的图书馆科学数据共享。The article proposes a scientific data sharing and analysis framework for scientific research decision-making.Based on this,a survey questionnaire is designed to investigate the current situation of scientific data sharing in libraries in Nantong city,Jiangsu province.Finally,specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen the management of the entire life cycle of scientific data,promote the construction of an integrated scientific data sharing and discovery platform,and strengthen the protection of scientific data intellectual property rights,gradually promoting the sharing of scientific data in libraries for scientific research decision-making.
