摘　　要：“依法规范和引导资本健康发展”是党的二十大报告提出的重要任务,其相关理论研究是近年来理论经济学的研究热点。理论界就依法规范和引导资本健康发展的理论、国际经验、存在的问题与对策进行了丰富的研究,但还存在资本理论认识不够深化的问题,对如何参考借鉴国际经验、资本发展存在什么问题、应采取何种对策措施实现资本健康发展等的研究还没有达到应有的深度,本文从理论视角全面、系统地阐述依法规范和引导资本健康发展的相关研究成果,在资本理论深化认识、国际经验参考借鉴、资本发展问题发现与资本健康发展对策建议等方面进行深入研究,为依法规范和引导资本健康发展提供参考。"Regulating and guiding the healthy development of capital in accordance with the law"is an important task put forward in the report of the 20th Party Congress,and its related theoretical research has been a hot spot of theo-retical economics in recent years.Theoretical circles have conducted rich research on the theory of regulating and guid-ing the healthy development of capital in accordance with the law,international experience,existing problems and countermeasures,but there is still the problem of insufficiently deepening the understanding of the theory of capital,and research on how to refer to international experience,what problems exist in the development of capital,and what countermeasures should be taken to realize the healthy development of capital has not yet reached the depth it deserves.This paper comprehensively and systematically elaborates the research results related to regulating and guiding the healthy development of capital in accordance with the law from a theoretical perspective,and conducts in-depth re-search on deepening the understanding of capital theory,reference to international experience,discovery of capital de-velopment problems and countermeasures for the healthy development of capital in order to provide references for regu-lating and guiding the healthy development of capital in accordance with the law.
