摘  要:为探究液滴在热基底上润湿行为对闪蒸过程的影响,利用可视化装置记录单个液滴形态演变及内部气泡生长情况.通过调节表面活性剂浓度和选用微结构表面两种方式改变液滴润湿特性.液滴初始温度为15℃,表面活性剂CTAB浓度变化范围为50ppm~200ppm,采用直肋微结构表面与光滑表面进行对比.结果表明:CTAB液滴浓度较大时,内部能够生成大量微小气泡,气泡爆炸现象更加剧烈,形成二次液滴;液滴固着在直肋结构表面上时呈不规则形状,较低的固液接触角及液滴高度极大地促进了蒸发过程的进行.In order to investigate the effect of droplet wetting behavior on the flash evaporation process,a visualization device was used to record the morphological evolution of a single droplet and the growth of internal bubbles.The wetting properties of droplets were changed by adjusting the concentration of surfactant and selecting the microstructure surface.The initial drop temperature was 15℃,the drop concentration of CTAB varied from 50 ppm to 200 ppm,and the ribbed surface was compared with the smooth surface.The results show that when the concentration of CTAB droplets is large,a large number of tiny bubbles can be formed inside the CTAB droplets,and the bubble explosion phenomenon is more intense,forming secondary droplets.The droplet has an irregular shape when fixed on the surface of the ribbed structure,and the lower solid-liquid contact angle and droplet height greatly promote the evaporation process.
