摘  要:哮喘是21世纪全球公共健康问题之一,其在我国发病率高且呈明显上升趋势,疾病负担重。哮喘是一种气道炎症性疾病,容易反复发作,可出现气道高反应性、黏液分泌增多、气道重塑以及气流受限等特征。引发哮喘的因素较多,如遗传易感性和环境因素等。近10年来,固有淋巴细胞(innate lymphocyte,ILCs)的发现使我们对哮喘的发病机制有了进一步的认识,ILCs可分为不同亚型。文章阐述了ILCs在哮喘发病中的最新研究进展以及ILCs在哮喘防治中的潜在价值。Asthma remains a public health problem worldwide in the 21st century and the incidence of asthma is high and on the rise in China,resulting in heavy disease burden.As an airway inflammatory disease with recurrent attacks,asthma is characterized by airway hyper-responsiveness,increased mucus secretion,airway remodeling,and airflow limitation.The factors which cause asthma are diverse and include genetic susceptibility and environmental ones.With the discovery of innate lymphocytes(ILCs)and its different subtypes,the pathogenesis of asthma was further understood.Therefore,this paper reviews the latest research progression in the role of ILCs in asthma and the value of ILCs potentially used in the prevention and treatment of asthma.
