摘  要:完整的内皮细胞是保证血液流畅的基础,内皮细胞损伤是血栓形成的始动因素。血小板在止凝血以及血栓形成的过程中扮演着重要的角色。内皮细胞与血小板可通过胶原蛋白与血小板膜糖蛋白VI(glycoprotein VI,GPVI)/整联蛋白α2β1、血管性血友病因子(von Willebrand Factor,vWF)与GPIb-IX-V、P-选择素与其糖蛋白配体1(PSGL-1)/GPIbα、细胞内黏附分子(intracellular adhesion molecules,ICAM)-1与晚期糖基化终产物受体(receptor of advanced glycation end products,RAGE)、纤维蛋白原-αIIbβ3/GPVI与层黏连蛋白-α6β1/GPVI以及αVβ3-αIIbβ3等配受体相互作用,通过一系列胞内外信号级联反应引起血小板黏附、活化和聚集,为血栓的形成奠定了基础。文章对内皮细胞-血小板配受体结合及相关信号通路进行综述,可为血栓性疾病的防治提供理论依据。Intact endothelial cells are the basis to ensure blood flow,and endothelial cell damage is the initiating factor of thrombosis.Platelets play an important role in the process of hemostasis and thrombosis.Endothelial cells and platelets can interact with each other via the binding of the ligand-receptor,collagen and GPVI/α2β1,vWF and GPIb-IX-V,P-selectin and PSGL-1/GPIbα,ICAM-1 and RAGE,fibrinogen-αIIbβ3/GPVI and laminin-α6β1/GPVI andαVβ3-αIIbβ3 causes platelet adhesion,activation and aggregation through a series of intracellular and extracellular signal cascades,laying the foundation for the formation of thrombus.This article reviews the endothelial cell-platelet ligand receptor binding and related signal pathways,which can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases.
