摘　　要：现代性使全球产生了一种内在的、不可分离的关联性。在现代性语境下,动态的民族群体中由于内部大量的个体流动,与他者产生了广泛而紧密的跨区域、跨文化、跨国家的社会联系。与此同时,为了应对现代性所带来的流动性,民族-国家内部的组织秩序却不断强化,民族建设成为国家建设的核心内容之一,国家建设也需要民族建设的能动推进,两者相向整合,从而不断强化一体化的民族-国家有机政治共同体,使得国家政治统一体成为国内各民族的安全保障、集体象征和精神归宿,进而将民族-国家建设反转为国家一民族建设。铸牢中华民族共同体意识的认同要求,即是现代性语境下民族与国家相向整合的必然政策手段和实践指向。Modernity has created an inherent and inseparable interconnectedness on a global scale.In the context of modernity,dynamic ethnic groups experience extensive and close social connections with others across regions,cultures,and countries due to substantial internal individual mobility.In the meantime,to cope with the mobility brought by modernity,organizational order within nation-states has been continually reinforced.Central to this endeavor is the process of nation-building,which has become integral to state-building initiatives.Moreover,the symbiotic relationship between nation-building and state-building is increasingly apparent,as they mutually reinforce one another,fostering the development of an integrated political community within the nation-state.Consequently,the pursuit of national political unity assumes a multifaceted role as a security assurance,a collective emblem,and a spiritual home,thereby reshaping the traditional nation-state building into state-nation construction.Against this backdrop,the identity imperative to forging a strong sense of the community for Chinese nation emerges as a policy instruments and practical orientation for achieving inward integration of the nation and the state within the context of modernity.
