摘　　要：术后抑郁(PD)是一种由多种因素引起的术后精神障碍,其特征是显著而持久的抑郁状态。艾司氯胺酮是近期学术界关注的具有速效抗抑郁作用的静脉麻醉药物,其在PD领域的相关研究仍较少。文章阐述了艾司氯胺酮抗PD的作用机制,总结了围手术期应用艾司氯胺酮对患者PD的影响,提出了艾司氯胺酮的围手术期使用建议,旨在为艾司氯胺酮在围手术期的应用和科研提供借鉴。Postoperative depression(PD)is a kind of postoperative mental disorder caused by various factors which is charac‑terized by a significant and persistent depressive state.Esketamine is an intravenous anesthetic drug with rapid antidepressant effect,but there are still few studies in the field of PD.This article explains the mechanism of action of esketamine in preventing PD,summa‑rizes the study on the effect of esketamine on PD in patients during perioperative period,proposes recommendations for the periopera‑tive use of esketamine,aiming to provides reference for the application and scientific research of esketamine in China.
