摘 要:[目的]通过比较亚美马褂木不同无性系的扦插生根能力,筛选出扦插生根率高的优良无性系,为亚美马褂木的推广应用提供材料来源。[方法]以6年生亚美马褂木无性系测定林中筛选的54个优良无性系穗条为材料,开展夏季嫩枝扦插生根对比试验。比较该54个无性系扦插生根时间、生根率和腐烂率的差异性,筛选出扦插生根表现优异的优良无性系。[结果]亚美马褂木扦插生根性状在54个无性系间存在丰富的遗传变异,无性系扦插生根时间、生根率和腐烂率的重复力总平均值分别为0.982、0.946和0.954,扦插生根主要受无性系基因型的影响,且受较强的遗传控制。根据54个无性系扦插生根性状的综合表现,筛选出生根率较高和稳定性比较好的D_(29)、B_(5)、D_(45)、A_(18)和D_(35)等5个无性系。该5个无性系平均生根率为89.82%,显著高于群体总平均值;平均腐烂率为8.28%,显著低于群体总平均值;生根时间较群体总平均值提早10.3 d;生根时间、腐烂率和生根率平均变异系数分别为4.50%、27.68%和4.16%,显著低于群体总平均值,表明稳定性比较好。[结论]D_(29)、B_(5)、D_(45)、A_(18)和D_(35)等5个无性系扦插综合表现优异,适宜扦插繁殖,可作为采穗圃母株,通过扦插繁殖培育优良无性系苗木进行亚美马褂木的推广应用。[Purpose]This study aimed to investigate the cutting rooting performance of different clones of Liriodendron sino-americanum and select superior clones with high rooting rate for propagation and application.[Method]Rooting experiments were conducted in summer with twigs of 54 clones,selected from 6-year-old L.sino-americanum clonal assay plantation.The variations in rooting time,rooting rate and decay rate of these clones were compared to select superior clones with high rooting rates.[Result]There were rich genetic variations among clones in cutting rooting of L.sino-americanum.The repeatability values of rooting time,rooting rate,and decay rate were 0.982,0.946,and 0.954 respectively,and the ability of cutting rooting was affected mainly by the clone genotype and was strongly controlled by genetic factors.According to the cutting rooting performance of the 54 clones,five clones(D_(29),B_(5),D_(45),A_(18)and D_(35))with high and stable cutting rooting rates were selected.The average values of rooting rate and decay rate were 89.82%and 8.28%,significantly higher or lower than overall average value respectively.The average rooting time of these superior clones was 10.3 days earlier than the testing group.The variation coefficients of rooting time,decay rate,and rooting rate were 4.50%,27.68%,and 4.16%respectively,significantly lower than overall average values,which indicated high stability in these superior clones.[Conclusion]The five selected clones D_(29),B_(5),D_(45),A_(18)and D_(35)exhibit excellent overall performance for propagation through cuttings and can be used as stock ramets in the cutting nursery.The cultivation of superior clones by cutting is recommended for the promotion and application of L.sino-americanum.
