摘  要:[目的]明确杀菌剂对青枯菌噬菌体RPZH6株系存活及其防治番茄青枯病效果的影响,为噬菌体的高效利用提供理论依据。[方法]以烟草青枯菌毒性菌株RSZ5和无毒菌株RSsw326-2以及青枯菌噬菌体RPZH6株系为试材,采用纸片扩散法比较7种常用杀菌剂对青枯菌的抑菌效果;采用双层平板法测定杀菌剂对噬菌体RPZH6株系存活的影响;通过盆栽法接种四叶期番茄苗,比较杀菌剂和噬菌体复配施用对番茄青枯病的防治效果。[结果]2720 mg·L^(-1)68%精甲霜·锰锌水分散粒剂对毒性菌株RSZ5的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈半径为0.39 cm;228 mg·L^(-1)4%春雷霉素水剂对无毒菌株RSsw326-2的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈半径为0.50 cm。噬菌体与46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂混合培养7 d后已检测不到噬菌体;噬菌体与3%噻霉酮水乳剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂混合培养11 d后,噬菌体效价仍达1010 PFU·mL-1,与无菌水(CK)在同一个数量级。盆栽防效结果显示,接种后12 d,3%噻霉酮水乳剂和噬菌体复配施用对番茄青枯病的相对防效最大,为56.6%,高于3%噻霉酮水乳剂单独施用的相对防效(42.0%)。[结论]3%噻霉酮水乳剂和3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂对青枯菌有抑菌作用且对噬菌体存活的影响较小;3%噻霉酮水乳剂对噬菌体防治番茄青枯病具有增效作用。[Purpose]This study aimed to clarify the effect of fungicides on the survival of Ralstonia phage strain RPZH6 and control efficacy on tomato bacterial wilt,and provide a theoretical basis for the efficient use of bacteriophages.[Method]The virulent strain RSZ5,avirulent strain RSsw326-2 of R.solanacearum,and Ralstonia bacteriophage strain RPZH6 were taken as the research objects.The antibacterial effects of seven common fungicides on R.solanacearum were compared using paper diffusion.The effect of fungicides on the survival of phage RPZH6 was determined using the double-layer plate method.The control effects of the combined application of fungicides and bacteriophage on tomato bacterial wilt were compared by inoculating four-leaf tomato seedlings.[Result]The antibacterial effect of 2720 mg·L^(-1)68%metalaxyl mancozeb water dispersible granule on R.solanacearum RSZ5 was optimal,with a bacteriostatic zone radius of 0.39 cm.The antibacterial effect of 228 mg·L^(-1)4%kasugamycin aqueous solution on avirulent Ralstonia strain RSsw326-2 was optimal,with a bacteriostatic zone radius of 0.50 cm.The phage could not be detected after 7 days of co-culture with 46%copper hydroxide water dispersible granule.After 11 days of co-culture with 3%benziothiazolinone emulsion in water or 3%zhongshengmycin wettable powder,the phage titer remained 1010 PFU·mL-1,which was in the same order of magnitude as that of water treatment.For example,12 days after inoculation,the relative control effect of 3%benziothiazolinone emulsion in water+phage strain RPZH6 was 56.6%,which was higher than that of 3%benziothiazolinone emulsion in water treatment(42.0%).[Conclusion]R.solanacearum was inhibited by 3%benziothiazolinone emulsion in water and 3%zhongshengmycin wettable powder;however,they had minimal effect on phage survival.In addition,3%benziothiazolinone emulsion in water had a synergistic effect on phage in controlling tomato bacterial wilt.
