摘 要:[目的]明确助剂对氢氧化铜防治烟草野火病的影响,为该病害的有效防治提供理论依据。[方法]采用室内生物活性测定法研究云展和杰效利有机硅助剂、哈速腾甲基化植物油助剂、云纹清和勤天助植物油助剂对46%氢氧化铜水分散粒剂药液物理性状的影响。通过盆栽实验测定5种助剂对氢氧化铜防治烟草野火病的影响。[结果]5种助剂均可增加氢氧化铜药液的扩展直径,降低药液的表面张力,增加其在烟草叶片上的最大持留量。不同助剂影响不同,其中云展对氢氧化铜药液扩展直径的影响最大,增幅为28.75%;杰效利对氢氧化铜药液的表面张力影响最大,降幅为46.07%;哈速腾对氢氧化铜药液在烟草叶片上的最大持留量影响最大,增幅为63.75%。助剂云展、杰效利和勤天助均可提高氢氧化铜对烟草野火病的防治效果。其中,勤天助的增效最明显,在接种后15 d,勤天助与氢氧化铜混用处理的相对防效为59.22%,优于氢氧化铜处理(24.39%),增幅为142.80%。[结论]5种助剂均对氢氧化铜药液的物理性状有着良好的影响,且勤天助植物油助剂对氢氧化铜防治烟草野火病具有较好的增效作用。生产上推荐氢氧化铜与勤天助混用防治烟草野火病。[Purpose]To clarify the effects of adjuvants with copper hydroxide on preventing and controlling tobacco wildfire disease and provide a theoretical basis for effective prevention and control of the disease.[Method]The effects of Yunzhan and Jiexiaoli organic silicon adjuvants,Hasuteng methylated vegetable oil adjuvant,and Yunwenqing and Qintianzhu vegetable oil adjuvants on the physical properties of 46%copper hydroxide water dispersible granules were investigated.The effects of the adjuvants on copper hydroxide in controlling tobacco wildfire disease were studied using pot experiment.[Result]All five adjuvants increased the expansion diameter of the copper hydroxide solution,decreased the surface tension of the solution,and increased the maximum retention of the solution on tobacco leaves.The effects of different adjuvants were different.Among them,Yunzhan had the best effect on the expansion diameter of copper hydroxide solution,with an increase of 28.75%,whereas Jiexiaoli had the greatest effect on the surface tension of copper hydroxide solution,with a decrease of 46.07%,and Hasuteng had the greatest effect on the maximum retention of the solution on tobacco leaves,with an increase of 63.75%.This pot experiment showed that the adjuvants Yunzhan,Jiexiaoli,and Qintianzhu could improve the control effect of copper hydroxide on tobacco wildfire.Among them,the most obvious synergy of adjuvants Qintianzhu.The control effect of mixing Qintianzhu with copper hydroxide was 59.22%in 15 days after inoculation,which was better than that of copper hydroxide(24.39%),with an increase of 142.80%.[Conclusion]In this study,all five adjuvants showed good effects on the physical properties of copper hydroxide solution,and the Qintianzhu adjuvant had a good synergistic effect on controlling tobacco wildfire disease when combined with copper hydroxide.In production,it is recommended to use a mixture of copper hydroxide and Qintianzhu to control tobacco wildfire disease.
