Endobutton固定与Rigidfix固定在前交叉韧带重建中临床疗效的比较

摘　　要：目的 比较Endobutton固定与Rigidfix固定的临床疗效。方法 选取前交叉韧带重建患者61例,其中股骨端采用Endobutton固定30例,Rigidfix固定31例。比较两组一般资料、膝关节功能评分及活动度、Lachman试验、前抽屉试验和术中术后并发症。结果 61例患者均手术成功,未出现血管神经损伤等并发症。两组术前、术后6月、末次随访Lysholm评分、IKDC评分、Tenger评分、膝关节活动度、Lachman试验、前抽屉试验和术中术后并发症,差异均无统计学意义。结论 前交叉韧带重建中Endobutton固定与Rigidfix固定均明显改善患者膝关节功能,各自独立优势并不显著,无法完全相互取代。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between Endobutton and Rigidfix fixation.Methods A total of 61 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were analyzed.The femur end was fixed with Endobutton in 30 cases and Rigidfix in 31 cases.General data,knee function score,knee range of motion,Lachman test,anterior drawer test,and intraoperative and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results All 61 patients were successfully operated without serious complications such as vascular and nerve injury.There were no significant differences in Lysholm score,IKDC score,Tenger score,knee range of motion,Lachman test,front drawer test,and postoperative complications between the two groups before the surgery,6 months after the surgery,and at the last follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion In anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,Endobutton fixation and Rigidfix fixation both significantly improved the knee function of patients,and their independent advantages were not significant,which could not completely replace each other.
