牛黄降压丸治疗高血压的临床效果及对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨高血压患者临床治疗过程中牛黄降压丸应用疗效以及对炎性因子的影响。方法 选取146例高血压患者作为临床对象,随机分为对照组(应用缬沙坦治疗)和牛黄降压丸组(应用缬沙坦与牛黄降压丸联合治疗),各73例。比较两组血压控制优良率、中医症候评分、血管内皮功能[一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素II(AngII)、内皮素(ET)]、炎性因子[白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)]、不良反应。结果 牛黄降压丸组血压控制优良率94.52%,高于对照组79.54%,P<0.05。治疗后,两组中医症候评分、AngII、ET、IL-1、IL-6、IL-12降低,NO升高,牛黄降压丸组优于照组,P<0.05。牛黄降压丸组腹泻、皮肤瘙痒、恶心等不良反应与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 牛黄降压丸治疗高血压效果确切,能够显著提高血压控制效果,减轻临床症状,改善血管内皮功能,下调炎性因子表达,具有一定的安全性,可推荐。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of niuhuangjiangya Pill and the effect on inflammatory factors in the clinical treatment of Hypertension patients.Methods 146 patients with hypertension treated in this hospital were selected as clinical objects,and they were randomlydivided into the control group(with valsartan treatment)and the combination group(valsartan combined with Niuhuangjiangya Pill),with 73 cases in each group.The good rate of blood pressure control,TCM symptom score,vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),angiotensin II(AngII),and endothelin(ET)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-12(IL-12)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The good rate of blood pressure control in the combination group was 94.52%,and 79.54%in the control group P<0.05.After the treatment,the TCM symptom score,AngII,ET,IL-1,IL-6 and IL-12 of the two groups were decreased,NO was increased,and the combined group was better than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions such as diarrhea,skin pruritus and nausea between the combined group and the control group.Conclusion Niuhuangjiangya Pill has definite therapeutic effects,which can significantly improve the control effect of blood pressure,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve vascular endothelial function,down-regulate the expression of inflammatory factors,so it is safe and can be recommended.
