摘　　要：本文报道了1例在心腔内超声心动图联合三维标测系统引导下进行脉冲场消融阵发性心房颤动手术,术中顺利达到肺静脉隔离的消融终点,取得了良好的临床效果,初步证实该技术的安全性及可行性。The present case report described a patient with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who received pulsed-filed ablation guided by intracardiac echocardiography and 3-dimentional mapping system.All four pulmonary veins were isolated in the procedure,good clinical results and acute safety profile were achieved.The present case reveals the safety and feasibility of the technique for the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
