摘　　要：设计说明在城市突增生长的特殊发展阶段中,可以看到有众多高污染工业企业关闭、搬迁,其遗留的大量污染用地被用作住宅用地进行开发,而这些污染用地甚至未经有效治理,这种不成熟的投机性城市建设将严重阻滞这些地区的发展,而城市增长又与人的身心健康发展存在无法忽视的相关性。Design Description In the special period of rapid urban growth,it can be seen that many highly polluting industrial enterprises have closed down and relocated,and a large amount of their left-over polluted land is used for residential development.These polluted lands have not even been effectively treated.This immature speculative urban construction will seriously hinder the development of these areas.And it cannot be ignored that there is an undeniable correlation between urban growth and the residents'physical and mental health.
