摘　　要：设计说明改革开放以来,中国城镇化快速发展,经济快速繁荣的背后,是烂尾楼大量产生,合肥的新鸿安商场就是高密度建成环境风潮下的产物之一。新鸿安商场就坐落于安徽合肥老火车站附近,是曾经外乡人进入合肥的必经之地,面临着大量的客流潜力,其与外乡租客共同构建了繁华背后的独立王国。在高密度建成环境下,外来务工人群遭受物理和心理上的双重打击,他们极易感到自卑、孤独,没有城市归属感,同时也遭受着城市人的偏见,这逐渐成为当代社会的缩影。Design Statement Since the"reform and opening-up,"China's urbanization has developed rapidly,and behind the economic prosperity,there have been a large number of abandoned buildings.The Xinhong'an Shopping Mall in Hefei,Anhui is one of the products of the high-density built environment trend.The Mall is located near the old railway station in Hefei.It was once a must-pass place for outsiders to enter Hefei,facing a large potential for passenger flow.Together with the nonnative tenants,it has built an independent kingdom behind the prosperity.
