摘　　要：住区在城市空间、社会、资源等多维系统中起着承上启下的关键作用。但现代住区的功能却越发单一,造成住区与城市的系统性关联模糊。而古代里坊城市系统秩序原型却通过清晰的分形结构演绎了其“资源-空间-社会”同构的层级秩序,实现了多维功能与空间的匹配。为此,汲取古代里坊城市中的系统智慧,提取城市秩序原型,审视现代城市,探讨住区功能空间配置优化的途径,并以“高质量发展背景下中国特色雄安建筑设计竞赛”一等奖获奖方案为例进行说明,提出“资源-空间-社会”同构住区发展模式,从而重塑住区功能。Settlements play a mediating role in the multi-dimensional system of urban space,society,and resources.However,the functions of modern settlements are becoming more and more singular,which results in a fuzzy systematic correlation between settlements and the city.The ancient Li-fang city system order prototype interprets its hierarchical order of"resources-space-society"isomorphism through a clear fractal structure,realizing the matching of multi-dimensional functions and spaces.By drawing on the systematic wisdom of the ancient Li-fang city,extracting the prototype of the urban order and examining the modern city,ways are explored to optimize the allocation of functional space in settlements.Then,taking the first prize winning scheme of the competition on"Architecture Design with Chinese Characteristics for Xiong'an Against the Background of High-Quality Development"as an example,a"resource-space-society"isomorphism community development model is proposed to reshape the function of settlements.
