鼓浪屿历史建筑外廊的分阶段信息管理研究

摘　　要：本文对鼓浪屿历史建筑外廊的演变和立面构图进行分析,将历史建筑的外廊拆分为柱、梁、栏杆和楼地板四类构件,运用数字化测绘技术采集历史建筑外廊的信息,建构外廊的构件族库和HBIM信息模型,搭建基于HBIM信息模型的鼓浪屿历史建筑信息管理框架,并以实际工程案例探索HBIM信息模型在鼓浪屿历史建筑外廊分阶段信息管理中的应用,为鼓浪屿历史建筑的保护工作提供参考。This paper analyzes the evolution and facade composition of the exterior corridor of Kulangsu's historical buildings.The exterior corridor of the historical buildings is divided into four types of components:columns,beams,balustrades,and floorings.Digital surveying and mapping technology is used to collect information on the exterior corridor of historical buildings,and a component library and HBIM information model of the corridor are constructed.A historical building information management platform based on the HBIM information model is established.The application of the HBIM information model is explored through actual engineering cases,providing reference for the conservation of historical buildings in Kulangsu.
