摘  要:为研究不同干旱程度对三个品种大葱种子萌发及幼苗生长状况的影响,探究渗透胁迫对大葱种子萌发及幼苗生长的耐旱性影响,以章丘大葱、陇引大葱和洮引大葱为材料,采用种子培养皿萌发、幼苗盆栽种植的方法,设置4个不同浓度(0、5%、10%、15%)的聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)模拟水分干旱,对大葱种子和幼苗进行处理,测定种子发芽率、发芽势、根长、下胚轴长和幼苗生长、光合色素含量及根系活力等指标。结果表明,随着PEG 6000浓度的升高,大葱种子的发芽率、发芽势、根长和下胚轴长整体呈现逐渐降低的趋势,对照处理的根系活力明显高于其他处理,与PEG 6000浓度10%相比,当PEG 6000浓度为15%时,洮引大葱和章丘大葱的根系活力降低不显著,陇引大葱显著降低,可见,洮引大葱和章丘大葱幼苗的最大耐受浓度为15%,陇引大葱的最大耐受浓度为10%,这为大葱资源开发和引种提供了理论依据。To investigate the differences degrees of drought in seed germination and seedling growth of three varieties of Chinese onion,and to explore the effects of osmotic stress on the drought tolerance of scallion seed germination and seedling growth,Zhangqiu scallion,Longyin scallion,and Taoyin scallion were used as materials.The method of seed culture dish germination and seedling pot cultivation was adopted.Four different concentrations(0,5%,10%,15%)of polyethylene glycol(PEG 6000)were set to simulate water drought,and the scallion seeds and seedlings were treated to measure their germination rate,germination potential,root length,hypocotyl length,seedling growth,photosynthetic pigment content,and root vitality content.The results showed that with the increase of PEG 6000 concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,root length and hypocotyl length of Chinese onion seeds showed a gradually decreasing trend.The root activity of control treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments.Compared with 10%PEG 6000 concentration,at 15%PEG 6000 concentration the root activity of Taoyin and Zhangqiu scallion was not significantly reduced,while that of Longyin scallion was significantly decreased.It could be seen that the maximum tolerance concentration of Taoyin and Zhangqiu scallion seedlings was 15%,and that of Longyin scallion seedlings was 10%,which provided a theoretical basis for the development and introduction of scallion resources.
