不同杀菌剂对小白菜软腐病菌室内活性的影响及田间防效试验

摘  要:小白菜软腐病是小白菜夏季栽培中的常见病害。为了筛选出对小白菜软腐病具有显著性防效的药剂,本试验采用牛津杯抑菌圈测定法,通过建立回归方程,进行EC_(50)值分析,测定了6种高效低毒的杀菌剂对小白菜软腐病菌的离体抑菌效果及防治效果。结果表明,20%春雷霉素水分散粒剂(WG)、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂(WP)、50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂(SP)、30%噻唑锌悬浮剂(SC)对软腐病菌均具有抑菌活性,且田间软腐病防效较好,可作为防治小白菜软腐病的优选杀菌剂。Soft rot is a common disease in summer cultivation of pakchoi cabbage.To select the suitable bactericides for control of soft rot of pakchoi cabbagee by Pectobacterium carotovorum,oxford-cup antimicrobial method was used to establish the regression equation and get EC_(50) value,further analyzed combined with disease incidences,disease index and control effect in field.Results showed that kasugamycin 20%WG,zhongshengmycin 3%WP,chloroisobromine cyanuric acid 50%SP and zinc thiazole 30%SC had antibacterial activity against soft rot bacteria,and the control effect of soft rot was good,they could be used as the optimal bactericides for controlling soft rot.
