摘　　要：西番莲受茎基腐病的困扰较严重,为选育出抗茎基腐病的嫁接育苗砧木品种,以‘福砧1号’为母本、‘福莲3号’为父本杂交选育出‘福砧2号’。结果表明,‘福砧2号’平均单果质量158.3 g,果实近椭圆形,成熟果皮黄色,果肉黄色,可溶性固形物含量16.16%,可溶性糖含量10.65%,可滴定酸含量3.53%,可食率50.3%,果汁率35.5%,口感酸,清香,种子卵状三角形,棕褐色,千粒质量22.7 g,自交结实率高,抗茎基腐病,适宜做砧木和果汁加工。在福建龙岩市新罗区开花期为6月上中旬至10月上中旬,果实生长发育期70~105 d。该品种生长势强,根系发达,平均每667 m^(2)产量1369.5 kg,较母本耐热,但不耐寒,抗茎基腐病,解决了西番莲抗茎基腐病砧木品种单一的问题,适宜在福建、海南、广西、广东、云南、台湾等地区种植。The passion fruit industry is seriously troubled by stem-based rot.‘Fuzhen No.2’was a new anti-stem-based rot with‘Fuzhen No.1’as the mother and‘Fulian No.3’as the father hybrid,which solved the problem of a relatively single problem of passion anti-stem-based rot root tree varieties.‘Fuzhen No.2’had an average single fruit mass of 158.3 g,the fruit was nearly oval,mature peel yellow,pulp yellow,soluble solid content 16.16%,soluble sugar content 10.65%,titration acid content 3.53%,edible rate 50.3%,juice rate 35.5%,sour taste,fragrant,seed oval triangle,brown,thousand grain mass 22.7 g,high self-conformity rate,anti-stem-base rot,suitable for rooking and juice processing.In Xinluo district,Longyan city,Fujian province,the flowering period was from early to mid-June to early to mid-October,and the fruit growth and development period was about 70-105 d.This variety had strong growth potential and developed roots,with an average yield of 1369.5 kg/667 m^(2).It was more heat-resistant than the mother,but not cold-resistant and resistant to stem-based rot.It was suitable for planting in Fujian,Hainan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Yunnan,Taiwan and other regions.
