摘　　要：文章中设计了一种便携式列车工业以太网性能分析仪,用于动车组和城轨车辆多场景下的工业以太网性能测试和智能分析。该分析仪具备人机交互界面、独立电池、丰富的接口、可扩展内存、高频数据采集器和专业测试软件。分析仪可实时监控分析以太网数据,并检查MAC、IP、带宽、TRDP报文、数据包等参数是否满足技术要求。同时,该分析仪还具有自动化预警功能和长时间记录网络数据的功能,可用于定位和解决列车运行中偶发且难以捕捉的网络故障。目前,该分析仪已应用于时速250 km中国标准动车组项目和深圳地铁20号线等项目中,实现了快速全面地对列车工业以太网网络进行测试和诊断。In this article,a portable industrial Ethernet performance analyzer for train is designed for test and intelligent analysis of the industrial Ethernet performance in multiple scenarios of EMU and urban rail vehicles.This analyzer contains a human-machine interface,an independent battery,abundant interfaces,an expandable memory,a high-frequency data collector and a professional test software.The analyzer can monitor and analyze Ethernet data in real time and verify whether the parameters such as MAC,IP,bandwidth,TRDP messages and data packets can meet the technical requirements.Meanwhile,the analyzer has the automatic early warning function and the ability to record the network data for a long time,so it can be used to locate and solve the occasional network faults which are difficult to capture during the train operation.Now this analyzer has been used in 250 km/h Chinese standard EMU,Shenzhen Metro Line 20 and other projects to realize the quick and comprehensive test and diagnosis of the industrial Ethernet for train.
