摘　　要：近年来,铁路车辆溜逸引发的行车事故时有发生,严重影响铁路运行安全。据统计,2014年至今,共发生车辆溜逸事故14起,典型事故有:2022年4月14日,大秦线翠屏山站停留列车发生溜逸,与停车的货物列车正面冲突,造成机车倾倒及19辆车辆脱轨,构成铁路交通较大事故;2023年10月15日,溜逸脱轨侵入北黑线路的工程车辆与K5133次客运列车相撞,造成旅客列车机车和机后4辆客车脱轨,构成铁路交通较大事故。这些事故,暴露出目前的防溜措施安全冗余不足。文章阐述了车辆自动驻车制动防溜技术研发现状,收集了德国KNORR公司TSPB弹簧制动、美国西屋公司集成制动装置制动缸以及国内上海全路通铁道装备有限公司、眉山中车制动科技股份有限公司自动驻车装置的相关技术资料,并对车辆自动驻车技术的推广应用提出了建议。In recent years,traffic accidents resulting from the unauthorized movement of rolling stocks have occurred repeatedly during railway operations,posing a serious threat to safety.Statistics indicate that there have been 14 such incidents since 2014.Typical cases include:On April 14,2022,a stationary trainset at Cui Ping Shan Station on the Da Qin Line suddenly moved and collided head-on with a stopped freight train,resulting in damages such as the overturning of the locomotives and the derailment of nineteen wagons.This was classified as a major railway traffic accident.On October 15,2023,a runaway engineering train derailed and encroached onto the adjacent track on the Bei Hei Line,subsequently colliding with the K5133 passenger train,leading to the derailment of the passenger train locomotive and four coaches behind it.This was also classified as a major railway traffic accident.These incidents highlight the insufficient safety margins and redundancies provided by the current anti-runaway measures.This paper expounds the current status of research on automated railway car parking braking technology,compiles technical documentation from the TSPB spring brake system of the German company KNORR,the integrated brake system cylinder of the American company Westinghouse,and similar systems developed domestically by Shanghai Quanlu Railway Equipment Co.,Ltd and CRRC Meishan Braking Technology Co.,Ltd.Additionally,it provides recommendations for the wide-scale implementation of automated railway vehicle parking technology.
