摘 要:目前和谐型机车已经成为我国铁路运输装备的主力军,随着大批和谐型机车进入高级修程,维修成本问题日益凸显。因此机车车辆的可靠性与维修性日益重要,成为机车车辆极其重要的品质评价指标。优化保养在现代工业中,特别是在轨道车辆的保养运行中始终发挥着重大的作用,它有助于提升设备的可靠性,减少保养运行的花费。为了提高机车的可靠性,可以从机车的维修性入手,因此多年以来,维修优化始终是维修管理领域内最热门的研究之一。文章以维修优化的发展历程为出发点,介绍了以可靠性为中心的维修分析方法(Reliability Centered Maintenance,RCM),以和谐型机车操纵台为例,阐述了RCM分析技术的应用以及基于RCM分析结果优化操纵台的维修方式和检修周期,说明了在机车设计与检修过程中,在部件的可靠性和安全性的基础上应用RCM分析技术确定产品预防性维修要求的重要性和经济性。论述了RCM在轨道交通中应用的必要性,优化了维修策略,提高了操纵台的可靠性。Now HXD series locomotives have become the main force of Chinese railway transport equipment.When a great number of HXD series locomotives enter higher class of repair,the problem of maintenance cost is increasingly prominent.Therefore,the reliability and maintainability of rolling stock is more and more important and has become an extremely important indicator of quality evaluation.Optimization of maintenance always plays a significant role in the modern industry,especially in the maintenance and operation of rail vehicles.It helps to improve the reliability of equipment and reduce the cost of maintenance and operation.To improve the reliability of locomotives,we can start from the maintainability of locomotives.Therefore,the optimization of maintenance has always been one of the hottest studies in the field of maintenance management over the years.This article starts from the development history of the optimization of maintenance and introduces the analysis method of Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM).It takes the console of HXD series locomotive for example,expounds the application of the RCM analysis technology as well as the optimization of maintenance mode and inspection and repair cycle of the console based on the RCM analysis result,and explains the importance and the economic efficiency to use the RCM analysis technology to determine the preventive maintenance requirements of product on the basis of reliability and safety of components during the design and inspection and repair processes of locomotives.It also discusses the necessity of applying the RCM to the rail transit to optimize the maintenance strategy and improve the reliability of the console.
