摘 要:目前,可靠性、可用性、可维修性、安全性的相关研究技术已广泛应用于城市轨道交通车辆全生命周期的各个阶段,针对可靠性与安全性的研究相对较多,而针对可维修性的研究较少,因此可用性研究工作受到了影响。以产品运营和维护为例,虽然有一些城市轨道交通运营公司已开展针对可维修性定性分析的研究工作,但针对可维修性定量分析研究工作却开展较少,主要原因是不明确可维修性定量分析需要研究哪些指标,研究结论对实际工作有何帮助。因此,文章提出了适用于城市轨道交通车辆的可维修性定量分析方法,阐述了样本收集要求、计算分析过程,并给出了研究成果在实际运营维护阶段的具体用途,可帮助城市轨道交通运营公司解决一些实际问题。At present,the study technologies related to reliability,availability,maintainability and safety are widely applied to all stages of the life cycle of urban rail vehicles.The studies on reliability and safety are more than those on maintainability,therefore the studies on availability are affected.Taking the product operation and maintenance for example,although the rail transit operators in some cities have carried out some studies on qualitative analysis of maintainability,there’re less studies on quantitative analysis of maintainability.The main reasons consist on the uncertainty of which indicators need to be studied for the quantitative analysis of maintainability and what significance the conclusions of studies will be for the practical work.Therefore,this article proposes a method for quantitative analysis of maintainability applicable to urban rail vehicles,expounds the requirements for sample collection and the process of calculation analysis and indicates the concrete uses of the study achievements in the practical operation and maintenance stage so as to help urban rail transit operators to solve some practical problems.
