摘　　要：为了解决地铁车辆检修作业效率较低、存在安全隐患以及海量业务数据不能被有效利用的问题,无锡地铁构建了由智能检测设备、列检综合数据分析系统、DCC安全联锁系统、车辆检修管理系统等组成的智能列检系统。该系统实现了对地铁车辆检修作业的全流程智能化管理,车辆检修效率与安全管控水平显著提升,同时也为后续检修规程优化、全寿命运维等奠定了基础。To solve the problems of low efficiency of inspection and repair of metro vehicles,potential safety hazards and ineffective use of mass operation data,Wuxi Metro has built an intelligent train inspection system composed of intelligent inspection equipment,comprehensive data analysis system for train inspection,DCC safety interlock system,vehicle inspection and repair management system,et al.This system realizes the whole-process intelligent management of inspection and repair of metro vehicles,notably improves the efficiency of inspection and repair and the safety control level of vehicles and also lays a foundation for the optimization of inspection and repair procedure and the life-cycle operation and maintenance in the future.
