摘　　要：随着轨道交通产业的快速发展,产品安全已成为企业发展的重要基础,轨道交通车辆的行车安全直接关系乘客的生命健康与财产安全,故轨道交通企业对产品装配作业的效率和质量提出了更高的要求。文章提出了一种工业化与信息化相结合,基于智能工具柜的可移动式轨道交通智能装配管控系统,系统由智能工具柜、服务器系统、PDA系统、智能扭矩校验系统、智能影像系统、带RFID标签的工具等组成。系统集成无线通信、高级数据分析、多传感融合等技术,解决了现场工具智能化管控、校验与组装扭矩精确控制、生产数据追溯、工艺管理与组装工艺控制、远程生产调度等问题,经实践应用,显著提升了轨道交通产品装配作业的效率和质量,为轨道交通产品装配作业提供了一种新的解决方案。Along with the rapid development of the rail transit industry,the product safety has become an important foundation of development of enterprises,and the operation safety of rail vehicles is directly related to the life and property safety of passengers,therefore,rail transit enterprises make higher requests to the efficiency and the quality of product assembly operation.This article proposes a movable intelligent assembly control system for rail transit based on intelligent tool cabinet which combines industrialization and informatization.This system is composed of intelligent tool cabinet,server system,PDA system,intelligent torque verification system,intelligent image system,tools with RFID label,etc.The system integrates wireless communication,advanced data analysis,multisensory fusion and other technologies to solve the problems such as intelligent control of on-site tools,precise control of verification and assembly torques,production data tracing,process management and assembly process control and remote production dispatching.Through practical application,the system has obviously improved the efficiency and the quality of assembly operation of rail transit products,providing a new solution for the rail transit product assembly operation.
