摘  要:为明确杀菌剂对水稻恶苗病菌(Fusarium fujikuroi)生长的抑制作用,研究采用菌丝生长速率法测定10种药剂单剂以及咪鲜胺与噁霉灵复配对其菌丝生长的抑制能力。结果显示:研究氟环唑、多菌灵、咯菌腈、氰烯菌酯和咪鲜胺等都具备较强的抑菌活性,EC50值分别为0.012、0.21、0.22、0.46和0.80μg·mL^(-1);啶酰菌胺、福美双和噁霉灵的EC50值在50~150μg·mL^(-1)间,抑制效果相对较弱;嘧菌酯和百菌清EC50值大于1000μg·mL^(-1),抑菌效果最弱;咪鲜胺和噁霉灵复配比例为8∶2时表现增效作用,共毒系数为126.58;复配比例为9∶1时有相加作用,共毒系数为92.46;另外四种配比组合(7∶3、6∶4、5∶5、4∶6)则表现拮抗作用,共毒系数均小于80。氟环唑、多菌灵、咯菌腈、氰烯菌酯和咪鲜胺抑菌效果好,咪鲜胺和噁霉灵复配比例为8∶2时具有增效作用,可为田间防治水稻恶苗病提供理论基础。In order to clarify the inhibitory effect of fungicides on the growth of Fusarium fujikuroi,the mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the inhibitory ability of 10 fungicides and prochloraz combined with oxamycin,among them,fluconazole,carbendazim,fludioxonil,phenamacril and prochloraz all had strong antibacterial activity,EC50 values were 0.012,0.21,0.22,0.46 and 0.80μg·mL^(-1) respectively.The EC50 values of boscalid,thiram and hymexazol were between 50 and 150μg·mL^(-1),and the inhibitory effect was relatively weak.When EC50 values of azoxystrobin and chlorothalonil were greater than 1000μg·mL^(-1),the antibacterial effect was the weakest.When the compound ratio of prochloraz and hymexazol was 8∶2,it showed synergistic effect,and the co-toxicity index was 126.58.When the mixture ratio was 9∶1,it had additive effect,and the co-toxicity index was 92.46.The other four combinations(7∶3,6∶4,5∶5,4∶6)showed antagonistic effects,and the co-toxicity index were less than 80.Fluconazole,carbendazim,fludioxonil,phenamacril and prochloraz had good antibacterial effect,and the compound ratio of prochloraz and hymexazol was 8∶2,which had synergistic effect,and could provide a theoretical basis for the control of rice bakanae disease in the field.
