摘  要:基于航空发动机试车台的排气引射工况要求,采用正交试验设计方法分析试车台房间横截面边长、引射筒直径和引射距离等3种因素对试车台引射系数的影响程度。研究结果表明:引射筒直径变化对试车台引射系数的影响很大,但房间横截面边长变化对试车台引射系数基本没有影响。3种因素影响程度由大到小顺序为:引射筒直径>引射距离>房间横截面边长。在不考虑试车间内平均流速限制下,A1B4C4设计组合下的试车台引射系数可达到10.57。Based on the exhaust ejection working condition requirements of a certain type of aero-engine test bench,the orthogonal experimental design method is used to analyze the influence of three factors on the test bench's ejection coefficient.They are the cross-sectional side length of the test bench,the diameter of the pilot cylinder,and the ejection distance.The research results show that changes in the diameter of the pilot cylinder have a great influence on the ejection coefficient of the test bench,while changes in the side length of the room cross-section have basically no influence.The order of influence of the three factors from large to small is the diameter of the pilot cylinder>the ejection distance>the cross-sectional side length of the test room.Through the A1B4C4 design combination,the ejection coefficient of the test bench can reach 10.57,without considering the average flow rate limit in the test bench.
