摘  要:对于悬空裸露的管缆,底部抛砂填埋是主要的治理手段,但传统的抛砂掩埋多使用人工或散沙抛投,存在抛投位置和抛投轨迹不确定,特殊位置管缆抛投作业适应性不高的问题。文章阐述了一种新型定位抛砂系统的施工工艺,该定位抛砂系统利用机械化和智能化的伸缩机构完成抛砂作业,可对施工工艺细节进行精准把控,对抛砂位置和抛砂轨迹进行精准定位,解决了特殊位置悬空管缆作业目标适应性不高的问题,对浅海油田悬空管缆的治理效果显著。Sand dumping is the main treatment method for the overhanging exposed cable.In the traditional sand dumping,manual or loose sand dumping is often used,which has the problems of uncertain throwing position and throwing track,and poor adaptability of the cable dumping operation in special locations.The construction technology of a new positioning sand blasting system is introduced.The results show that the positioning sand blasting system uses mechanized and intelligent telescopic mechanism to complete the sand blasting operation,realizing the accurate control of the construction process details,the accurate positioning of the sand blasting position and the sand blasting trajectory,solving the problem of low adaptability to the suspended cable operation target in special locations,and achieving remarkable treatment effect for the suspended cable in shallow sea oil fields.
