摘  要:对某客船机舱进行计算流体力学数值模拟仿真,分析2种不同送风形式下机舱的流场,以确认设计通风方案的合理性,判断其是否达到设计预期。仿真结果显示,在配备了若干海水冷风机后,机舱送风风量在满足燃烧空气供应量的前提下,完全可以大幅降低。同时,冷风机能很好地避免通风死角、气流短路及局部高温;在能耗方面,可节省至少40%的通风电力消耗。因此,该方法可广泛应用于类似项目中,为机舱通风方案设计提供参考。The computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation of a passenger ship engine room is carried out to analyze the flow field of the engine room under two different air supply methods,so as to confirm the rationality of the design ventilation scheme and judge whether it meets the design expectation.The simulation results show that the supply air volume of the engine room can be greatly reduced under the premise of satisfying the supply of combustion air when equipped with several sea water air coolers.At the same time,the using of air cooler is very good to avoid ventilation dead corners,airflow short circuit and local high temperature.It can also save at least 30%of the electricity consumption for ventilation.This method can be widely used in similar projects and provide reference for the design of engine room ventilation scheme.
