摘　　要：列举数字缸、数字马达、数字泵、数字阀以及电液作动器等5种具有强烈数字化特征的产品,分别介绍了其功能特点、基本原理及组成结构,构建一套完整的数字液压生态系统。数字缸、数字马达、数字泵以及数字阀均围绕核心部件--液压丝杠进行设计,通过液压丝杠的螺旋槽,将伺服电机的转角转化为阀套的直线运动,从而解决电与液的数字化关系问题。电液作动器则是直接将精确的伺服电机运动,通过液压传动转化为油缸的精准动作。Five products with strong digital characteristics are listed:digital cylinder,digital motor,digital pump,digital valve,and electro-hydraulic actuator.The functional characteristics,basic principles,and composition structure of these five products are introduced,and a complete digital hydraulic ecosystem is constructed.Among them,the digital cylinder,digital motor,digital pump,and digital valve are all designed around the core component"hydraulic screw".Through the spiral groove of the hydraulic screw,the angle of the servo motor is converted into linear motion of the valve sleeve,thus solving the problem of digital relationship between electricity and fluid;Electro hydraulic actuators directly convert the precise motion of servo motors into precise movements of oil cylinders through hydraulic transmission.
