摘 要:工程项目的顺利实施在当今经济形势下对于推动国民经济高质量发展具有重要的拉动效应,纵观一个项目的全生命周期,合同贯穿始终,故做好合同的风险管理具有极为重要的意义。本文以风险、风险管理、全生命周期风险管理相关理论等为理论基础,提出对工程项目合同风险管理的理论现状、创新点和研究的不足之处,研究应探讨的方向。通过文献研究法、德尔菲法进行风险识别,构建合同风险指标体系;运用组合赋权法确定风险指标的综合权重;运用模糊综合评价法对风险评价分析;建立工程项目的合同风险管理流程。运用文献分析法,结合风险指标等级,提出不同阶段风险控制的侧重点。根据实例验证的风险管理结果,验证了本文所建立的工程项目合同风险管理模型的有效性和适用性,对工程项目合同风险管理目标的顺利实现提供一些经验和方法。The smooth implementation of engineering projects has an important driving effect on promoting high-quality development of the national economy in the current economic situation.Contracts run through the entire life cycle of a project,so it is of great significance to do a good job in contract risk management.This article is based on theories related to risk,risk management,and full lifecycle risk management.It proposes the current theoretical status,innovative points,and research shortcomings of contract risk management in engineering projects,as well as the directions that should be explored in the research.Literature research and Delphi method are used for risk identification and a contract risk indicator system is constructed.The combination weighting method is used to determine the comprehensive weight of risk indicators.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze risk assessment.A contract risk management process for engineering projects is established.Using literature analysis method,combined with risk indicator levels,the focus of risk control in different stages is proposed.Based on the risk management results verified by examples,the effectiveness and applicability of the engineering project contract risk management model established in this article have been validated,providing some experience and methods for the smooth achievement of engineering project contract risk management objectives.
