全过程咨询模式下建设工程项目管理方式研究

摘　　要：本文通过比较全过程咨询+EPC模式和全过程咨询+施工总承包模式在建设工程项目中的应用,探讨了全过程咨询模式下两种实施方式的特点和优势。研究结果表明,全过程咨询+施工总承包模式在项目管理、成本控制和风险管理等方面具有明显优势,而全过程咨询+EPC模式在设计与施工的协同和效率方面表现突出。综合考虑项目特点和需求,选择合适的模式可以提高项目的成功率和效益。This article compares the application of the whole process consulting+EPC model and the whole process consulting+construction general contracting model in construction projects,and explores the characteristics and advantages of the two implementation methods under the whole process consulting model.The research results indicate that the whole process consulting+construction general contracting model has significant advantages in project management,cost control,and risk management,while the whole process consulting+EPC model performs outstandingly in the coordination and efficiency of design and construction.Taking into account the characteristics and requirements of the project,selecting an appropriate mode can improve the success rate and benefits of the project.
