摘 要:本文运用价值工程分析方法,结合具体工程案例,通过实验验证和数据分析,探索了综合防渗漏技术在提升功能和降低成本方面的应用。研究重点包括降排水系统设计、防水材料性能对比、回填密实度控制和地坪防排水系统的优化设计。基于实验结果,本文提出了优化的降排水方案,优选出适用性较强的防水材料,验证了高密实度回填材料与膨胀止水带相结合的防渗效果,并设计了高效的地坪排水系统。研究表明,合理选择和优化防水材料与施工工艺,结合科学的降排水和密实度控制措施,能够显著提升地下结构的防渗漏性能,为类似工程的实施提供了技术支持和优化依据。This article uses the value engineering analysis method,combined with specific engineering cases,and explores the application of comprehensive anti leakage technology in improving functionality and reducing costs through experimental verification and data analysis.The research focuses on the design of drainage systems,comparison of waterproof material performance,control of backfill compactness,and optimization design of floor waterproofing and drainage systems.Based on experimental results,this article proposes an optimized drainage scheme,selects waterproof materials with strong applicability,verifies the anti-seepage effect of combining high-density backfill materials with expansion waterstops,and designs an efficient floor drainage system.Research has shown that reasonable selection and optimization of waterproof materials and construction processes,combined with scientific measures for drainage and compactness control,can significantly improve the anti-seepage performance of underground structures,providing technical support and optimization basis for the implementation of similar projects.
