摘　　要：随着冷链物流行业的不断发展,冷库作为关系国计民生的重要仓储设施,投资强度较高,对其进行投资估算和概算编制的要求也日益提高。目前行业内还没有统一、科学、系统的冷库概算预估方法。本文重点探讨冷库概算指标体系的建立与应用,目的在于为冷库的前期投资估算和概算编制提供一套切实可行的决策依据,进而为决策者在设计、建设和运营等环节实现有效的成本控制提供数据支撑,并采用典型案例进行实证分析,验证该体系的可行性与实用性。With the continuous development of the cold chain logistics industry,cold storage,as an important storage facility related to national economy and people's livelihood,has a high investment intensity,and the requirements for investment estimation and budget preparation are also increasing.At present,there is no unified,scientific,and systematic method for estimating the budget of cold storage in the industry.This article focuses on the establishment and application of a cold storage budget indicator system,with the aim of providing a practical and feasible decision-making basis for the early investment estimation and budget preparation of cold storage,and then providing data support for decision-makers to achieve effective cost control in design,construction,and operation.Typical cases are used for empirical analysis to verify the feasibility and practicality of the system.
