摘 要:界面钻芯法(预埋管钻芯法)适合于大长径比、较小桩径的桩底情况检测,很好地解决了超长桩普通抽芯检测易偏出桩外的难题,丰富了地基检测的方法,该方法适用于检测混凝土灌注桩桩端部分的混凝土性状、桩长、沉渣厚度,鉴定桩端岩土层性状。本文结合深圳市界面钻芯法应用项目取得的成效和检测规范介绍了界面钻芯法检测的现状、界面钻芯法技术内涵、检测目的以及界面抽芯检测常见问题,并分析了界面钻芯法检测技术在工程检测领域的前景和技术展望。The interface core drilling method(pre embedded pipe core drilling method)is suitable for detecting the bottom condition of piles with large aspect ratios and small pile diameters.It effectively solves the problem of common core pulling detection of ultra long piles being prone to deviation from the outside of the pile,enriches the methods of foundation detection,and is suitable for detecting the concrete properties,pile length,sediment thickness,and identifying the rock and soil properties of the pile end of concrete cast-in-place piles.This article introduces the current situation,technical connotation,detection purpose,and common problems of interface core pulling detection based on the achievements and detection standards of the Shenzhen interface core drilling method application project.It also analyzes the prospects and technical outlook of interface core drilling detection technology in the field of engineering detection.
