摘 要:针对制造资源分布不均、集成度低以及共享渠道不畅等问题,本文研究了一种网络协同制造资源虚拟化和动态感知方法,给出了各类型资源本体的定义,设计了一种包含资源数据层、资源描述层、资源本体层的制造资源虚拟化模型,并结合物联网技术对制造资源进行动态感知和数据融合,提出了制造资源的虚实映射方法。在此基础上,提出了制造资源感知网络,以支持空间分散物理资源的虚拟映射和高效组织管理。最后,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。Aiming at the problems of manufacturing resources uneven distribution,low integration and poor sharing channels,the resource virtualization and perception methods of networked cooperative manufacturing were studied,the resource ontology construction was defined and a manufacturing resource virtualization model was designed with a resource data layer,a resource description layer and a resource ontology layer.Combined with multiple Internet of Things technologies in information collection and data fusion for manufacturing resources,a dynamic mapping method of manufacturing resources was proposed.On this basis,a perceptual network containing all manufacturing resources was constructed,where spatially dispersed physical resources could be mapped and centrally managed in the virtual network.The feasibility of the proposed method was verified by an example,and it supported efficient organization and management of manufacturing resources.
