发展新质生产力背景下高职学生双创能力提升的路径探索

摘　　要：在国家大力发展新质生产力的背景下,阐述了高职院校学生双创能力培养的重要性,系统分析了当前高职院校学生双创能力培养的现状及存在的问题,并探索性地提出了提升高职院校学生双创能力的有效途径,包括主动对接产业发展需求,实现产创融合;打造专业化教学团队,体现专兼结合;整合校内外优质资源,实现多元融合;加强系统化双创教育,实现专创融合。This paper expounds,in the context of the new quality of productivity,the importance of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship in vocational colleges,and analyzes existing problems.The purpose is to probe into effective ways to foster the competence of vocational college students to meet the demand of the industrial development,combine production and innovation,build a teaching team of specialty and innovation,integrate high-quality resources both in and out of colleges,and strengthen the systematic vocational education.
