How can universities in Shijiazhuang serve regional economic and social development with their innovative researches

摘　　要：“新质生产力”的提出为高校科技创新工作提出了新思路和新要求。近年来,石家庄市属高校科技创新总体成效显著,但科研经费投入偏低、创新驱动发展能力不足、产学研深度化融合不够等问题,成为阻碍石家庄市属高校更好地服务区域经济社会发展的瓶颈。应从人才建设、经费投入、项目培育等方面,加大科技创新的投入与建设力度;以基础研究能力和产学研深度的提升为抓手,提升科研成果转化的供给能力;以科研管理体制机制的完善和政府导向作用的发挥为保障,深入推进高校科研体制改革。The new development of productive forces has brought about new propositions and requirements for science and technology researches in universities,and progress has,thus,been achieved in Shijiazhuang.However,low funding input,insufficient capacity for innovation-driven development,and inadequate integration of industry-academia-research remain a bottleneck hindering them from better serving regional economic and social development.Therefore,countermeasures are proposed that financial funding be increased,talent education enhanced,scientific research achievement transformation promoted.
