摘 要:超声电机利用压电陶瓷的特有属性激发定子振动,并通过定、转子间的摩擦耦合驱动转子转动。其中,定子的固有模态对于超声电机起着十分重要的作用。采用旋转式行波超声电机,首先对其定子进行理论计算,算出定子的模态频率值,然后通过有限元分析的方法对其定子进行模态仿真,最后通过激光扫描多普勒测振仪对其定子开展模态试验。通过仿真与试验结果分析得出B09模态为此电机的工作模态,定子结构设计合理,为该类型超声电机定子结构设计提供了依据,同时也为定子模态分离分析奠定了基础。As a new type of motor,ultrasonic motor utilizes the material properties of piezoelectric ceramics to generate a reverse piezoelectric effect,excite the ultrasonic vibration of the stator,and then drive the rotation of the rotor through the frictional coupling between the stator and rotor.Among them,the inherent mode of the stator plays a very important role in the ultrasonic motor.Using a rotating traveling wave ultrasonic motor,the stator is first theoretically calculated to obtain the modal frequency value.Then,the stator is subjected to modal simulation using finite element analysis.Finally,modal tests are conducted on the stator using a laser scanning Doppler vibrometer.Through simulation and experimental results analysis,findings show that B09 mode is the working mode of this motor,and the stator structure design is reasonable.This provides a basis for the stator structure design of this type of ultrasonic motor,and also lays the foundation for stator mode separation analysis.
