摘  要:战略性新兴产业发展目前是我国社会经济发展的重头戏,对经济社会全局有着长远影响和引领作用。伴随河北省战略性新兴产业的快速发展,对人才的需求逐步增加。从长远来看,高校应成为战略性新兴产业人才的重要输出地。针对高校人才培养上在专业设置、政校企资源共享、双师型教师队伍建设上存在的诸多问题,本文提出以“政”和“社”作为基础,以“产”“学”“研”三者相互融合为主体,满足“用”需求导向的创新型人才的协同培养模式,为河北省战略性新兴产业高质量发展提供宽广人才支撑。The development of strategic emerging industries is currently the highlight of China's social and economic development,which has a long-term impact and leading role on the overall economic and social situation.With the rapid development of strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province,the demand for talents is gradually increasing.Universities should become an important export source of talents for strategic emerging industries.In view of the many problems in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities in professional settings,government-school-enterprise resource sharing,and the construction of Dual-certified teachers,this thesis proposes a collaborative training mode of innovative talents based on Government and Society,and the integration of Industry,University and Research as the main body to meet the needs of Employers and provide broad talent support for the high-quality development of strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province.
