摘　　要：毛菊苣(Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet)是菊科菊苣属植物。它是一种原产于欧洲和亚洲的植物。在中国,它主要分布在新疆维吾尔自治区,通常被维吾尔医学用于治疗肝脏疾病。从毛菊苣抗肝纤维化、抗肝损害、抗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)、抗高脂血症性脂肪肝四个方面综述了其肝保护作用,并对其机理进行了总结,以期为毛菊苣保肝作用的研究提供借鉴。Cichorium glandulosum Boiss.et Huet is a plant of the genus Chicory in the family Asteraceae.It is a plant native to Europe and Asia.In China,it is mainly found in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and is often used in Uyghur medicine to treat liver disease.This article reviews the liver protective effects of Cichorium glandulosum from four aspects:anti-liver fibrosis,anti-liver damage,anti-non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and anti-hyperlipidemic fatty liver,and summarizes its mechanism,in order to provide references for the research on the hepatoprotective effect of Cichorium glandulosum.
