摘　　要：对采自云南的小核衣属(Pyrenula)地衣进行形态学、解剖学、化学以及基于转录间隔区(ITS)、核核糖体大亚基(nuLSU)、线粒体小亚基(mtSSU)三基因联合的系统发育学分析,发现了两个小核衣属中国新记录种,分别是黑团壳小核衣P.massariospora(Starb ck)R.C.Harris和类平滑小核衣P.subglabrata(Nyl.)Müll.Arg.。该文对这两个中国新记录种进行了详细的特征描述,提供了形态与解剖照片和子囊孢子为横隔透镜型的中国小核衣属地衣分种检索表,该研究结果丰富了中国小核衣属地衣的物种多样性。Based on the methods of morphology,anatomy,chemistry and phylogeny(ITS,nuLSU and mtSSU),a study was carried out on the genus Pyrenula collected from Yunnan Province,P.massariospora(Starb ck)R.C.Harris and P.subglabrata(Nyl.)Müll.Arg.are recorded as new to China.A detailed description and the morphological photos are provided for each species,a key for all the known Pyrenula species with septate ascospores from China is also provided.The results of the research will enrich the biodiversity of Pyrenula in China.
