摘　　要：区域协同能力对经济韧性的“双引擎”即抵御风险能力与组织恢复能力均有重要影响。文章用2010-2021年全国284个地级市的面板数据构造区域协同能力评价指标体系,测度各城市经济韧性水平,提出区域协同能力的增强可显著提升经济发展韧性的假说,利用双向固定效应模型、因果效应分析、中介效应方法对理论假说进行实证检验。研究结果表明:区域协同能力可直接促进经济发展韧性提升;政府科技投入与技术创新能力在区域协调能力影响经济发展韧性的机制中起中介效应。进一步研究发现,区域协同能力对经济韧性的影响在不同城市特征下存在显著差异。建议完善区域长效协同机制,提高政府科技投入占比,加快产业结构优化,提升技术创新水平,强化人力资本建设,促进区域协同发展,增强城市经济韧性。Regional collaborative capacity has a significant impact on the dual engines of economic resilience,namely the risk resistance and organizational recovery capabilities.Using the panel data from 284 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2021,this study constructs an evaluation index system of regional collaborative capacity and measures the economic resilience of the cities.It proposes the hypothesis that enhancing regional collaborative capacity can significantly improve the economic development resilience.The hypothesis is empirically tested using two-way fixed effects models,causal effect analysis,Sobel Z tests,and Bootstrap resampling.The research findings indicate that regional collaborative capacity can directly promote the improvement of economic development resilience;government investment in science and technology and technological innovation capability play a mediating role in the mechanism by which regional collaborative capacity affects the economic development resilience.Further research reveals that the impact of regional collaborative capacity on the economic development resilience varies significantly under different urban characteristics.It is recommended to improve the long-term regional collaboration mechanism,increase the proportion of government investment in science and technology,accelerate the optimization of industrial structure,enhance the level of technological innovation,strengthen the construction of human capital,promote coordinated regional development,and enhance the economic resilience of cities.
