摘 要:为促进湖北黄冈某脉石英资源的高效高值化利用,在进行了工艺矿物学分析的基础上开展了提纯试验。结果表明:原矿石英纯度为99.30%,主要杂质矿物为黑电气石、金云母、钠长石、伊利石等。金云母呈片状填充在石英颗粒结合处及其微裂隙中,长石与石英颗粒呈块状镶嵌连生;矿石采用破碎—筛分—4段磁选—2段擦洗—2段水洗—2段浮选—2段脱药—酸浸工艺提纯,可获得SiO_(2)纯度最高为99.993%的石英砂产品,达到中端高纯石英砂质量标准,可显著提高该石英资源的附加值。In order to promote the efficient and high-value utilization of a vein quartz resource in Huanggang,Hubei Province,purification experiments are carried out on the basis of process mineralogy analysis.The results show that the purity of raw ore quartz is 99.30%,and the main impurity minerals are black tourmaline,phlogopite,albite,illite and so on.The flaky phlogopite is filled in the junction of quartz particles and their micro-fractures,and the feldspar and quartz particles are inlaid in blocks.The ore is purified by crushing-screening-four stage magnetic separation-two stage scrubbing-two stage water washing-two stage flotation-two stage reagent removal-acid leaching process.The quartz sand product with the highest SiO_(2) purity of 99.993%can be obtained,which meets the quality standard of mid-range high-purity quartz sand,and can significantly increase the added value of the quartz resource.
