摘 要:思山岭矿井吊盘稳车的工作环境复杂,其监控终端的便携性是一个亟待解决的问题。针对这一挑战,本项目采用三菱FX3U系列PLC作为控制核心,它具备高速的处理能力、强大的控制能力以及稳定的性能,十分适合对复杂环境中的稳车进行控制与监控。为了实现远程监控,采用Modbus TCP通讯协议与PLC进行通讯,确保了数据传输的准确性和实时性。同时,引入多种传感器采集稳车设备的关键参数数据,如压力、速度、深度等,为监控提供全面的数据支持。为了方便矿井工作人员随时随地灵活地监控,本文采用Java编程语言开发APP端服务器环境以及一款Android APP,实现实时显示稳车设备的各项工况数据,并进行及时预警。该监控系统实现了对矿井稳车集成系统的灵活远程监控,进一步提高了稳车设备工作效率,降低了运维成本,同时,为矿井稳车集成系统的稳定性与安全性提供了有力保障,为矿井的安全生产提供了重要的技术支持。The working environment of the sinking winch in Sishanling Mine is complex,and the portability of its monitoring terminal is an urgent problem to be solved.In response to this challenge,this paper uses Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC as the control core.It has high-speed processing capabilities,strong control capabilities,and stable performance.It is very suitable for controlling and monitoring winches in complex environments.In order to realize remote monitoring,Modbus TCP communication protocol is used to communicate with PLC,which ensures the accuracy and real-time performance of data transmission.At the same time,a variety of sensors are introduced to collect the key parameter data of the winch equipment,such as pressure,speed,depth,etc.,to provide comprehensive data support for monitoring.In order to facilitate the flexible monitoring of mine staff anytime and anywhere,this paper uses the Java programming language to develop the APP server environment and an Android APP to realize real-time display of various working condition data of winch equipment and timely warning.The monitoring system realizes the flexible remote monitoring of the mine winch integrated system,further improves the working efficiency of the winch equipment,reduces the operation and maintenance cost,and provides a strong guarantee for the stability and safety of the mine winch integrated system.It provides important technical support for the safe production of the mine.
