摘 要:以花生壳炭为原料,经蒸汽活化制备了花生壳活性炭(SAPSB-X)。采用全自动比表面积及孔隙度分析仪和傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)仪对花生壳活性炭进行表征。考察了活化温度、吸附时间、炭投放量和蒸汽活化对其吸附磺胺甲噁唑(SMX)溶液效果的影响并进行了吸附动力学研究。研究结果表明:蒸汽活化花生壳炭的吸附性能和芳香化程度随活化温度的升高而提高,花生壳炭在温度为950℃的环境下活化,SAPSB-950比表面积可达706.28 m^(2)/g,孔容为0.3208 cm^(3)/g,比SAPSB-550(146.99 m^(2)/g,0.0760 cm^(3)/g)分别增大了3.80倍和3.22倍;在快速吸附阶段(吸附时间<10 min),SAPSB-950吸附速率可达5.96 mg/min,约为SAPSB-550的5.23倍;在SAPSB-950投放量0.1g,SMX溶液质量浓度100 mg/L下吸附60 min对SMX的去除率高达97.81%。动力学拟合结果表明花生壳炭吸附SMX的过程同时存在物理吸附和化学吸附。Peanut shell activated carbon(SAPSB-X)was prepared from peanut shell charcoal through steam activation.The characterization of SAPSB-X was carried out using a fully automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The effects of activation temperature,adsorption time,carbon dosage,and steam activation on the adsorption of sulfamethoxazole(SMX)solution were investigated,and the adsorption kinetic study was conducted.The results showed that the adsorption performance and aromaticity of steam-activated peanut shell carbon increased with the rise in activation temperature.When the peanut shell carbon was activated at 950℃,SAPSB-950 had a specific surface area of 706.28 m^(2)/g and a pore volume of 0.3208 cm^(3)/g,which were 3.80 and 3.22 times higher than those of SAPSB-550(146.99 m^(2)/g,0.0760 cm^(3)/g).In the rapid adsorption phase(adsorption time<10 min),the adsorption rate of SAPSB-950 reached 5.96 mg/min,approximately 5.23 times that of SAPSB-550.With a dosage of 0.1g SAPSB-950 and a SMX solution mass concentration of 100 mg/L,the removal rate of SMX after 60 minutes of adsorption was as high as 97.81%.The kinetic fitting results indicated that the adsorption process of SMX by peanut shell carbon involved both physical and chemical adsorption.
